We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior back end developer to help build a next-generation government technology GovTech and Fintech native apps using Node.js and either Snowflake or MongoDB. The Senior Developer will be responsible for developing the innovative, scalable, and secure backend platform architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development using Node.js
- Strong experience with Node.js, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of either Snowflake or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Thorough Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement secure code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing back-end services using Node.js to support gov tech and fintech services.
- Utilising Snowflake or MongoDB to store and retrieve data for the apps and services.
- Create a continuous delivery stream for API and UI deployments using pipeline
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that the solutions meet their expectations.
- Implementing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure code that follows industry best practices and standards.
- Working closely with the QA team to ensure that the apps and back-end services are thoroughly tested and meet the specified requirements.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring that other developers on the team adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in govtech, fintech, and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
