Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company. They are now hiring a Business Analyst.
Tasks
- Part in the Demand process with active participation
- Analysis of business requirements and the creation of functional specifications
- Collaboration on implementation, testing, rollout and training for new or enhanced functionality based on the Service Now Platform
- Close cooperation with stakeholders in the creation and understanding of business requirements, use of best practice approaches in the creation of solutions
- Presentation of solutions / specifications by the customer
- Creation of training documentation, manuals
- Controlling cooperation with development and architecture
Requirements
- Experience in implementing functionality based on the Service-Now ITSM platform
- At least one year of experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in implementing complex software projects
- Project management experience
- Good understanding of Service Now tool and Business Analyst role and responsibility
- Good knowledge on Agile, ITIL, SDLC, Scrum process
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
