We are looking for a Compliance Expert colleague for our client, the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company.


  • Support the rollout and implementation of the companies Compliance Management System
  • Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment
  • Monitoring of Compliance with External Requirements
  • Early Warning (Legal Change Monitoring and Legal Change Implementation Oversight)
  • Establish and implement local annual Compliance Plan
  • Establishment of the Compliance Framework for the Assigned Compliance Risk Areas
  • Monitoring and Maintenance of Compliance Principles and Procedures
  • Quality Assurance for Assigned Compliance Risk Areas (e.g. the annual Program Maturity Assessment as part of the IRCS)
  • Providing Compliance Training & Communication
  • Compliance Investigations and Incident Handling
  • Compliance Reporting incl. monthly maintenance of Compliance Issue Management Tool (CIMT) as well as of the Compliance Case Management Tool (CCMT)
  • Support Compliance Reviews and conduct local spot checks
  • Support/lead global Compliance projects/initiatives as the case may be
  • Foster a compliance culture and a tone-from-the-top with the help of a long-term communication concept
  • Execution of the program maturity assessment with the tool CARE
  • Verification and adaptation of the Allianz Technology compliance plan to the locally applied risk areas
  • Regular and structured exchange with the responsible Relationship Managers


  • University degree
  • Language skills English – Advanced (C1)
  • 2-3 years experience in compliance
