We are looking for a Compliance specialist colleague for our client, the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company.
What You will be doing:
- Performs an investigation of unusual business operations
- Ensures the proper implementation of the permanent control framework in compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ensures that all the necessary and required business procedures are identified, formalized, validated, updated and maintained
- Elaborates a report on findings
- Provides communication within compliance activities
- Participates in the implementation of compliance guidelines and procedures in the organization
- Proposes improvements in communication, monitoring or compliance with standards
- Educates employees on compliance-related topics
- Cooperates with the Legal department, internal audit, risk and security functions
- Contributes to whistleblowing management
Requrements:
- University degree
- Language skills English – Advanced (C1)
- Excellent knowledge in the field of Compliance (at least 5 years)
- Experience with Data Privacy
- Very good communication skills
- Highly organized
- Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
