Tasks

  • Support an emerging team of developers and business analysts by bringing in past experiences to help further mature the teams skillset within data engineering, automation, and analytics.
  • Collaborate within and between business units with functional point of contacts, as well as technical subject matter experts
  • Build data & analytics solutions in Microsoft Azure – architect and design technical solutions to obtain, process, store and provide insights based on the processed data
  • Develop within existing designs of various solutions in Microsoft Azure environment to help the business get valuable insights
  • Suggest and implement architecture improvements
  • Work on automation and optimization of internal processes in Azure
  • Influence the future of these new technologies
  • Work with multifunctional and multinational teams
  • Focus on key business cases development within Data & Analytics and Azure
  • Manage agile projects using cloud and hybrid solutions
  • Perform the extraction, transformations and loading from the source systems and the data lake to the analytics products.
  • Enhance data maturity and integration for company products by interacting with operations to standardize the core value-add functionality, enabling a multiplier effect.
  • A specialist of data integration and analytics, bringing the required qualitative and quantitative skills to enable all teams to make data driven decisions.
  • Participate in scrum project meetings and update stories using project management tools

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a ETL and Analytics oriented role
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational SQL databases
  • 3+ years of object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Python or R
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure data services including Data Lake, Data Factory, and Data Pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience with PowerBI
  • 2+ year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in data governance
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian language
