Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company. They are now hiring a DEVOPS DEVELOPER.
Tasks
- Independent implementation of Jira Issues from planning to productive go-live (e.g. creating data collectors creating notification handlers, creating Jenkins Pipeline, creating GHE Actions development of Jenkins and GHE Action Shared Libraries, automatization of processes)
- Consulting and training of our customers on the use of the Biz-DevOps pipeline (e.g. train teams using the Biz DevOps pipeline with GHE and Continuous Integration, design and implement a new instance of the Biz DevOps pipeline)
- Technological support in tool-supported development and system integration in an agile environment based on Jira Issues (e.g. updates/patching, configuration of cloud environments, monitoring)
- Migration to cloud technologies (Future Cloud Platform)
- Extension of the Continuous Integration by non-functional test techniques (Sonarqube / JFrog-XRay)
- Provision of Jira integrations as exports of data or update of information
- Automated Biz DevOps Pipeline Ordering and Deployment Process
- Introduction of GitOps
- Mail notifications
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Jenkins DevOps pipeline development (GHE / Groovy / Yaml)
- Experience building scalable infrastructure in Cloud (AWS / Azure)
- Database (PostGreSQL)
