Digital Event Expert plans, executes, measures and optimizes the companys digital and hybrid events infrastructure, oversees current technology, and proposes innovations. Develops creative and engaging digital event ideas, proposes trending tools and technologies to increase the quality of digital and hybrid events. Measures digital and hybrid event success, create reports and statistics, identifies risks and room for improvement in event technologies and platforms, develops solution proposals.
Scope and Responsibility:
- Co-planning, execution and evaluation of scalable digital and hybrid events
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to build and maintain event technology and event infrastructure (e.g. websites) know-how
- Measure results and optimize digital and hybrid event technologies and workflows
- Delivering standard and ad hoc reports and presentations for digital and hybrid event success evaluation
- Troubleshoot, resolve and report on any platform and technology issues
- Recommend and institute operational changes to increase efficiency and quality and/or decrease costs
- Design and document virtual event technical and operational workflow
- Work with the Event team on development and delivery of virtual events
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years documented digital event experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital event and webinar management, including planning, monitoring, delivery and analysis of event related areas
- Knowledge in the latest digital event trends, tools, technologies and techniques
- Ability to work within a team and also independently
- Proficient and fluent command of English
