To support our international partner, we are looking for a new Facility Development Lead.
Tasks
- Supervise facilities within EU, ensure offices meet 21st century standards
- Supervise the cost efficiency of office usage
- Design and execute shared desk solution, tailored to each supervised locations
- Coordinate the creation of the new office spaces
- Introduce and manage desk reservation tool
- Introduce and manage access control solution
- Coordinate office / employee communication services/devices/policies, manage relevant contracts
- Ensure the meeting of local labor protection regulatory requirements
- Works with and establishes good communication channels through all levels, this includes holding or attending meetings
- Estimate time, cost and manpower requirements for completion of tasks
- Write and submit reports when required
- Attend training classes and seminars and travel when required
