We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Department Lead for our multinational client. The new collague will managing IT Infrastructure and Help Desk environment of a multinational IT company. It includes strategy, planning, implementation and operation activities with relevant management capability by properly coordinating subordinates, subcontractors and vendors. It has a professional service view and has professional communication with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain strategy and architecture for IT Infrastructure and Help Desk area
- Develop relevant KPIs in IT Infrastructure and Help Desk area
- IT infrastructure vendor, supplier and partner management
- Participate and support local and global sourcing processes
- Drive budgeting process and support activity forecast process
- Coach and build competence with employees of IT infrastructure and Help Desk team
- Ensure proper IT infrastructure delivery for both internal and external demands
- Professional customer management (both internal and external)
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree preferably in IT area
- Extensive knowledge about IT systems in general
- Minimum 2 years experience within IT area
- Minimum 1 years of managerial experience
- Experience within IT Service Management
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Goal and business-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning and execution skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Basic financial understanding
