We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce.com Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce.com Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce.com solutions that meet our organizations business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce.com projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce.com and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
You will join our team of Salesforce.com Admins, Developers, and Software engineers supporting our global business.
Tasks:
- Architect and Design Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce.com solutions. Create technical designs and architectures that align with industry best practices and business objectives.
- Development and Customization Lead the development and customization of Salesforce.com solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies. Implement customizations, workflows, data integrations, and automation to enhance system functionality.
- Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce.com features, releases, and industry trends. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- System Integration Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce.com and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
- System Maintenance and Support Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Salesforce.com platform. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data management, security enhancements, and application performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
- Documentation and Training Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, architecture designs, and configuration guides. Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to end-users as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Developer or Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce.com, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce.com integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
