We are looking for an IT Project Management Coordinator
Tasks
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Monitor and complete contract drafts, extensions or renewals, as appropriate
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
- Handling operation related 3rd party contracts
- Execute payment processes related to the contracts
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Prepare and calculate purchase orders, requests and send copies to suppliers
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Managing material and service orders
- Handling the monthly cost accruals
- Track the monthly spending
- Support the yearly planning period
