Tasks
- Responsible for first-line support and problem-solving of client-facing technology (PC and Mac computers, smartphones, password resets, application malfunctions, printers, etc.) remotely, on the phone and in person
- Provides light system administration functions, such as creating/deleting users, managing groups, M365, etc.
- Supports the employees of the Budapest office and at subsidiaries worldwide
Required knowledge and skills
- 2+ years of end-user support experience
- Higher level of end-user device support (Win10, macOS 10.15, 11.0, MS Office, iOS, Android, etc.)
- Basic level of server configuration (Win2012, Azure, Active Directory, O365)
- Basic level of network troubleshooting
- Understanding virtualization, storage technologies, monitoring systems
- Good command of English and fluent Hungarian is required
- A certificate specializing in IT is a plus
- Strong communication skills at all levels, verbal and written, in both Hungarian and English
- Ability to deal with customer requests in a timely manner
- Team-player who also takes ownership and accountability
