We are looking for IT Service Manager colleague to our client whos present in the insurance sector.
Tasks:
- Creating and monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to customers
- Executing IT Governance tasks, creating and publishing assurance reports
- Coordinating customer requests between IT resolution teams and System analysts
- Communicating with IT resolution teams, Service Managers, Demand Managers and Customers
- Monitoring of top priority projects and incidents (P1-2)
Desired Requirements:
- Education or experience in IT (university degree or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of Adequate experience
- Advanced English is a must
- Good written and verbal communicational skills
- Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
