To support our international partners team, we are looking for a IT System Operations Manager.
Tasks
- Oversee daily operations activities
- Improve operation management systems and process, identify and implement best practices
- Develop policies, procedures and strategies to ensure the most effective customer service
- Act as first level escalation point towards serviced customers
- Oversee incident management activities, lead critical incident resolution
- Participate in problem management
- Participate audits
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Requirements
- IT technical operations background, including
- Application Application containerization expertize and Application servers operation (Oracle
- WebLogic Server)
- Software Linux and Windows OS, VMware virtualization, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL databases,
- System monitoring tools, Backup systems, High availability technologies
- Hardware Server hardware, Storage systems, Networking devices (IP networking Firewalls,
- Loadbalancers, Routers, Switches)
- IT service delivery experience
- Strong ITIL Service Operation understanding
- People management practice
- Trust building and appreciating, motivating and engaging colleagues, Delegating and accounting
- tasks
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience and 5 years technical operation experience
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Collaborative, heigh resilence
- Open-minded and Can do attitude
