Our partner is an dutch, digital service company. They are looking for a Tech Team Lead, who could help our clients team(s).
Their office is in Debrecen, but now they are working from home in this situation.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers solutions to the standards of the companys clients, providing technical and team leadership and spending time within the code.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with software development within a Java Web/Enterprise environment and large software projects
- Strong programming and analytical skills you can work closely with engineers on software design and problem-solving
- Strong (project) management skills you can handle multiple concurrent projects without problems
- A natural motivation to keep technical skills up to date
- The desire to mentor, motivate and inspire the ability to improve the skills of the entire team
- Client-focused mindset and business sense you balance technical perfection with business needs and priority
- Good knowledge and confident use of English
