We are looking for Junior Project Manager colleague to our client in the IT Operations and Services field.
Responsibilities:
- Project coordination and follow-up
- Participation in project/team meetings
- Meeting follow-up (meeting minutes)
- Building a Project Portfolio of relevant departments by gathering necessary information
- Identifying different project types
- Administrating projects in ServiceNow
- Preparing projects for approval by the board (Self -Assessment, Project Categorisation, Business Case, Governance Model, Funding Model, Capitalisation, Asset Mgt.)
- Overview of Resources and constant communication with Resource Managers
- Establishing relevant form of charging via the tool
- Constant maintenance of projects in the tool, updating information, creating resource plans, requesting relevant time or budget extensions
- Single point of contact between the customer, the business, the financial team and vendors (in case of external resources)
- Flexibility support on ad-hoc local projects and processes as needed, (i.e. Branch related projects, event management, implementing regional and local policies)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or economics vocational education
- Very good communication in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
- Experience as project manager assistant/project management officer/ or project manager (or similar role) in a multinational environment
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Proactiveness and hands-on mentality to take responsibility and ownership
- Self-organised and strong learning capability
- Understand agile methodology and way of working
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment
- Strongly motivated and curious team player with openness to changing environments and requirements
- Good communicative and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with project related applications
