Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company. They are now hiring a LICENSE MANAGER EXPERT.
Tasks
- Responsible for license management and related process
- Ensure sustainable internal controlling system of all license management processes and legal / commercial regulations
- Create and maintain software asset information, including Software Models, Software Contracts and Software Entitlements and Software Allocations
- Perform software compliance reports for different software vendors
- Synchronize product- and technology structure with the companys IT strategy
- Ensure policies, governance compliance and risk management
- Ensure legal and commercial regularity in administration of software license management
- Being a voice of License Management to the rest of the organization to ensure the technical and business relationship continuity
- Support SW-negotiations from legal perspective of T&Cs for license metrics, audit clauses etc.
- Manage reporting system, audits, SW-balance sheet, support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT, combined with Controlling
- Software compliance, license management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
