Our partner is create next generation automotive software solutions which make automated driving safe and affordable. We are looking for Medior/Senior Embedded Software Engineers (C) in our international partners several teams to Budapest with 3-4 days/week home-office opportunity.
Embedded Software Engineer (C)
Your responsibilities would include end-to-end development of multiple vehicle interface modules, as well as, specifying, creating, implementing and analyzing dynamic and static code tests.
ADAS Embedded Software Engineer (AUTOSAR)
Development of an automated driver control unit would be one of your main responsibilities (Platform development).
Algorithm Developer – Static environment
In this position, you would be responsible for concept development, implementation and verification of algorithms describing the environment of a vehicle driven component within the static environment department.
You must have good English language skills and 2-3 years of experience in embedded (C) SW development projects.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in embedded SW development projects, preferable within the automotive industry
- Hands-on coding skills in C
- Experience with Interface functionalities like ethernet communication, vehicle diagnostic, vehicle error handling or cyber security
- Experience in debugging complex problems within embedded systems
- Strong experience on state-of-the-art SW Engineering methods like detailed design with UML, Code Reviews, Static and Dynamic module tests
- Experience working according to SAFe (scaled agile framework)
- Experience with or willingness to learn automotive software validation tools like Vector CANoe
- Good command of the English language
- Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
Nice to have
- University degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) in a technical area Computer Science,Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Experience in automotive SW standards and requirements
- Technical leadership experience of complex topics and teams
Your tasks
- End to end development of several vehicle interface modules (diagnostics,bootloader, error handling, communication network)
- Analyzing customer requirements and deriving L3 SW Requirements out of it
- Definition of Detailed Design
- Software Development and configuration of Software with 3rd Party Tools
- Specification, creation, execution, and analysis of Dynamic and Static Code Tests
- Specification, creation, execution, and analysis of L3 Software Tests
- Participation in code reviews
- Debugging, analysis and resolution of problems
- If required, technical alignment with customer
