We are looking for a Metadata Management expert to ingest metadata from a data pool layers for OE and build-up of data lineage. You will work for a stable, big IT tech company that provides IT solutions for a multi in the finance/insurance market.
Main Activities
- Align with Data Pool Integration squad for Data pool layer technical details and lineage
- Align with H4 (GDO and DG Service team) on naming conventions, resource types and other guidelines
- Create metadata resources in metadata tool (Informatica EDC)
- Create lineage and assign technical terms to business terms
- Process automation using the REST API of EDC
- Deployment in EDC production instance
Responsibilities and commitment
- Configuring metadata tool, ingestion of Data Pool metadata
- Build end to end lineage
- Align with H4 Group Data Office (GDO) on naming standards & deployment process for OEs
Required Skillset
- Good understanding on Metadata management
- Informatica EDC admin/developer experience
- General knowledge of REST APIs
- Python for automation of API
