Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company. They are now hiring a PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST.

Tasks

  • Managing individual offers and performance certificate fulfillment, (and final checking with contract conditions) for external IT vendor (preparing (RFC offer) documentation, managing cost-center allocation, manage approval process and full progress monitoring)
  • Managing the individual contract preparing process to procurement process
  • Helping Service Owner in financial planning and reporting
  • Monitoring budget spending and cost allocation and creating spending reports to customer.
  • Coordinating customer requests between IT resolution teams and System Analysts
  • Communicating with IT resolution teams, Service Managers, Demand Managers and Customers

Requirements

  • Education or experience in finance (university degree or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of adequate experience
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Good written and verbal communicational skills
  • Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
