Tasks
- Collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to determine project scope and vision
- Advice, brainstorm and challenge the client to get clear customer requirements
- Document requirements and write clear userstories including acceptance criteria and test scenario’s
- Analyse and re-structure client data to support the development team
- Join the development team for refinement, planning, demo and retrospectives
- Manage the product backlog and prioritisation
- Manage deadlines and customers business readiness
Requirements
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure
- Customer centric mindset
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other content manipulation tools
- Strong hands on Jira/Confluence experience
