Tasks
- General support of the PMO team
- Order management and external provider management
- Vendor/Supplier coordination und tracking
- Financial administration
- Support in conceptualization and execution of financial tracking and reporting
- Support in billing coordination
- Support presentation preparation
- PPM SNOW management controlling and reporting
- Taking over of planning and controlling tasks
- Single point of contact of any administrative requests
- Support in conceptualization, optimization and documentation of PMO processes
- Support in customer order agreement preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or economics vocational education
- Very good communication in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience as financial assistant/controlling assistant/ or accountant in a multinational environment
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment
