Our customer is an international insurance group based in Vienna and is currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who speaks business fluent German and English.
Tasks
- Management of large complex projects (e.g. from EUR 1 million, or team of >40 employees)
- Experience with agile forms of work and at least partly already used / lived
- Experience with business analysis in IT projects/programs
- Experience with complex IT environments (front end, integration layer & backend systems)
- Service-oriented architecture
- Integration of legacy systems with new platforms
- Online interfaces (SOAP/REST, microservices)
- Batch interfaces (file-based)
Nice to have
- Insurance experience
- Experience with PointOfSale / sales software or CRM software projects
Requirements
- Project / program management methodology including project planning, coordination and controlling (IPMA Level C / PMP certificate)
- Active support of Product Owner/Management (Business)
- Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum & SAFe
- Business analysis & requirements management (understanding of the technical requirements / business case)
- Understanding of business context and allocation to IT support
- Understanding of IT architecture and the ability to check IT architecture for feasibility in the given dimensions of time/budget/resources and quality
- Excellent communication skills (board level and middle management)
- Workshop moderation
- Leadership skills
- Stakeholder management
- Good team motivation
- Business fluent in German and English
