We are seeking an experienced Sales Process Enablement Analyst to join our growing Energy & Services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, process improvement, and project management, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The Sales Process Enablement Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving the sales processes of the business, working closely with sales and other teams to ensure that the sales processes are effective, efficient, and aligned with the overall business strategy and act as a product owner to define, design & develop Sales processes partnering with the IT (Information Technology) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that the sales processes are aligned with their needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and IT, to ensure that the sales processes are integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of sales processes and provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they can effectively use them.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for further improvements.
  • Manage projects related to sales process improvement and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, and project management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across the business.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
