We are looking for a Scrum Master in our international partners team to Budapest with 3 days/week home-office opportunity and competitive salary. Our partner is dealing with E-commerce. You must have strong English language skills, 2-4+ years of experience with Scrum to fill the position.
Requirements
- Experience with Scrum as a Scrum Master (at least 2-3 years), strong Scrum knowledge
- Agile mindset
- English for communication with our colleagues across the region (and a native Hungarian knowledge as well)
- Empathy and non-conflict communication
- The need to help others, work together and find common solutions
- The ability of introspection and self-reflection
- The desire to constantly learn and work on yourself
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Make sure that every team of yours will be satisfied with using Scrum, focus on an empowered teams paradigm
- Organization and facilitation of team meetings/ceremonies (planning, daily standups, review, retrospective, demos, workshops, etc.)
- Help with the coordination of international cooperation among our countriesWork in a group of Scrum Masters with a focus on cooperation, transfer knowledge and advancement
