We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who will work closely with the Product Management including the Product Owner, as well as the customer, so that customer needs can be appropriately solicitated, analysed, modelled, documented and transitioned to the Engineering Team.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring and driving proper collection, understanding, definition and documentation of customer, business and system requirements and processes
- Working with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and other Business Analysts in an agile product lifecycle of a Scrum team
- Making sure all processes and requirements are documented in a structured and organized way utilizing world-class tools
- Working with the customer, other external stakeholders and internal Product Team to identify solutions to problems, aligning both customer needs and the product roadmap
- Daily tasks will include:
- designing and creating high-level process descriptions, user epics/stories, functional-/non-functional requirements, data structures, UI/UX design and mockups
- support testing of the DRS product and its changes, both internally and with the customer
- regular collaboration with the customer (in workshops) and RLG teams (in scrum ceremonies)
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner within a technology environment (Product Management experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters; strong problem solving skills are a must
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, workflow modelling and UX/UI, including mock-up UI tools
- Bachelors or Masters in technology-focused Business degree or similar
- Hungarian and English language knowledge: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
