To support our international partner, we are looking for the new Terminal Hardware Engineer..
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver/organize 2nd level terminal repair for customers
- Support terminal deliveries, customer acceptance tests
- Support terminal shipments and customs clearance
- Support internal project preparations and demos
- Maintain spare parts pool for customer
- Count, label and keep record of terminals, register the ID numbers of terminals
- Provide reports
- Set up and maintain good relations with customer service department
- Manage and document all customer spare parts order and coordinate with the company
Expertise & Experience
- Knowledge of PCB basics
- Confident use of hand tools is mandatory
- Willing to learn about new technology solutions
- PCB programming/flashing experience is an advantage
- Structured thinking and analytical skills
- Adobe Illustrator experience is an advantage
- Plan and organize your own work schedule according to customer/in-house needs
- Good written and verbal English language is mandatory
- Commitment to high quality and responsibility in own work
- Customer care oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
